Pope Francis came to the United States this past week. With stops in Washington, DC, New York, New York, and Philadelphia, PA. The above photo was made possible by waiting out of Saint Charles Seminary in Wynwood, PA which is about ten minutes from my house. I was heavily considering coming down and waiting to catch a glimpse of the Pope. My sister and I got there early, and though we knew he was leaving via Helicopter to head to the Prison visit that he was scheduled for, we didn't care. We were at least in his presence. At least we made the effort. So we saw the pope lift off in a helicopter that was flanked by three Osprey Helicopters. Once they left, we decided to leave as well, but by chanced asked a security guard on if he was coming back, and found that he indeed was. So my sister and I went to breakfast, and then came back around 11:30am, and stood almost in the same spot. I knew that he was going to be going slow around the curve where were were standing, so we took the chance, stood there for four hours, made a lot of friends, and got some great shots.
